I needed a good forum, so i decided on here, i've been on this site before but i never signed up. this seems the best for me, to let you know i've played MapleStory since 3rd grade, 2007, and i'm 11 now about to be 12. I had a Maplestory character named lukyg, but she got hacked. Later i made a lukygg, but i quit her too. I decided to settle on a magician, i've already been a bandit and a fighter, so i should just try magician out? if you have any forum tips and such please reply, thanks!

You want to know where to train at level 20-30 eh?

Well i reccomend training at Sleepywood, in those areas. Dont just go in and fight the Undead Mushmom just yet little buddy. Thats just way to dangerous and you cannot pull it off too easily... If you are however going to go and fight this monster, get a big party.

It's a good idea if you actually fight horned mushrooms and then go into those eye monsters. That what i did at level 20.

For me:
"Trading" a cleric account that made 90k a day (ALOT BACK WAY WHEN!) to some hermit, and got scammed, still regret it to this day, I learnt my lesson and never traded accounts since.

Kay so i'll start, you need at least 6 skills pl0x also try to have a mastery and booster included

Class:GM
*Ignore-Ignores all reporting and chat logs sent to you
*Ban Mastery-Increases banning effect by -99% making it more easier for you at work
*Ban Booster-Increases 1 day bans to perma bans to again make life easier
*Teh Great Buff-Buffs everyone in the room by +0% to all stats but you who gets +999%(makes and annoying skill noise that hurts teh ears.......typical, amirite?)
*Auto Ban-Auto ban anyone that enters the following areas:piano,anego,HT,pink been,zak, pap, skeles, newties, himes, squids(aqua dungeon), wolf spiders , hoodoos/voodoos, FoG, teddies, STDs, and ant tunnel 1; forcing you to grind in HHG1 and PQs for teh rest of yur life
*Cheapness-Makes all chars having to pay 1k NX or 1mil mesos to report(works well with ignore)

srry xD but i kinda hated nexon after they did what they did

*Beg-Begs someone for mesos; no true effect(kinda like splash in pokemon)(only works on other maplers)
*Noob Mastery-Increases affectiveness of beg, incresing the reward of beg from 0-10mesos
*Noob Booster-Increases speed of beg
*Noobishness-Begs someone till they die and their head explodes, or they report you for harassment(rewards range from permaban-50k)
*Leech-Allows you to spam party pl0x until someone partys you, then forces you too stand there or sit with a mini game saying:AFK EATING(requires match cards/omok)
*Amature Scam-Trades another random person and forces them to put money in and say "HOLY" or "COPYCAT"(rewards from mass deafame hate smega/perma ban-???mesos)

Chanelling Spells And Heal-over-time Pots

Hey all,

I really think Maple should have stuff like Chanelling spells (spells that require a few seconds to channel) and heal-over-time pots (pots that heal stuff over time...). Yes i know "heal-over-time" sounds gay but I can't really think of a better phrase to describe it

Personally, I think it would be an ownage idea. It would make pot prices so much more complex to estimate

Channelling spells would also be great because there is more risk in casting a spell (you might lose lots of hp while chanelling) and should have a big cooldown to make players have to time their skills more carefully. Frankly, it makes Maple that tiny bit more complex and fun to play.

If anyone hadn't picked it up yet, I drew this idea from DOTA

Why wouldn't it work in an MMORPG?

Whenever I try going on Maplestory, there's a little gray box that says, "We are unable to connect to login server due to a server check, a firewall block or other network issues. Please check the Maplestory homepage for ongoing server checks as well as your firewall setting."

At first I thought, "Oh, maybe it's the firewall.." So, I went to go add the Maplestory.exe to the exceptions and then tried going on again.. it didn't work -.-" So then I thought, "Oh, my internet keeps on disconnecting since I'm on the laptop." The internet was working fine. Then I thought, "There can't be a server check.. always can it?" And I checked, and there wasn't. So how do I fix this problem?

Im having issues lvling where I'm trying to lvl.
the problem is I can't keep lvling off of sakura cellions at amoria.. :\
I've been training there since lvl 33, and now im lvl 44... I really need a good power-lvling spot o-o
Whut would be best for a lvl 44 spearman??
I need something easy to kill, gives out godly exp, and that is found in large groups. =.=

For ppl that have mozilla firefox and can open tabs or the new Internet Explorer (you cab alos open tabs) simply go to battle and select target. Then right click ppl name (you should know the max STR u use for ur best skill to judge) until u reach ur max STR (e.g. if u can only use three snails ur max STR would b 5 and ur max STR is 55 u can select 11 ppl and after if u have leftovers use the skill over on ppl but left click them) then go to the tabs and click the attack and then go to the next tab and do the same thing until ur all done then delete all tabs except for your original target sheet tab then refresh your page
